        Tanmay Deochake had the blessing of performing with the power trio- Ut Zakir Hussain, Ut Fazal Qureshi, and Ut Taufiq Qureshi on the occasion of the legend Ut Allarakha’s (Abbaji) death anniversary. The concert was held at Shanmukhananda Hall in Mumbai.

        Tanmay had the privilege of sharing the stage with currently the most senior Tabla player in the Indian classical fraternity, Pt Swapan Chaudhuri. The concert was held in Nashik, in the memory of Pt Dinkar Kaikini, and organised by Pt Yogesh Samsi.

         Darbar festival, held in London, is a thoughtful initiative to spread Hindustani Sangeet worldwide where Tanmay has had the honour of performing numerous times. This is where he got to perform with the very exceptional Begum Parveen Sultana for the very first time.

        It is more of a learning experience than a performance when one shares the stage with one’s gurus. Tanmay accompanied his gurus, Pt Ulhas Kashalkar and Pt Suresh Talwalkar in Sonipath. The concert took place in a very spiritual environment as it was held at Mata Anandmayi’s Ashram.

         Receiving the Yuva Puraskar, a prestigious award in the name of the acclaimed musician, Dr Saleel Kulkarni is one of the most memorable moments in Tanmay’s musical journey. It was the first time that a Harmonium player was honoured with the award. Accepting it in the presence of Pt Shaunak Abhisheki made it remarkable.

While the origin of the harmonium is in Europe, modern and customized harmoniums are exclusively made in India. We have our own Craftsmen who are expert in making harmoniums with personal supervision of Tanmay. Tanmay, being in the field of music for more than 15 years and based on his study of harmonium, he has come up with four new categories of harmonium which are of good quality, durable and most importantly affordable.
